This is a return to your body, your voice, your wild self.
I read and teach the language of the body – the subtle sensations and rhythms that reveal your deepest truths beyond thought or story. Through somatic coaching and mind-body practices, I help women cultivate the capacity to check in with themselves before the impulse to disconnect takes over, using nervous system regulation to soften life’s transitions, ease overwhelm, and foster grounded presence. By increasing awareness of how your body holds stress, trauma, or habitual responses, somatic coaching supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and more grounded, embodied decision-making. This work goes beyond calming –it invites you to reclaim your wild, untamed expression and live more fully embodied.
I guide women through deep somatic journeys to help them recover after rupture, rewire patterns of self-abandonment, and root into their raw, embodied self. Through my methodology of releasing, reclaiming, and rewilding, I hold shame-free spaces where women return to wholeness, awaken their body’s truth, and re-enter life with devotion and power.
-
Release.
Build a stronger relationship with your nervous system, and learn to read and navigate your body’s dynamic range of states. By harnessing the power of somatic awareness, you’ll release pent-up emotions, mobilize and discharge energy, and come back to a grounded place that allows you to fully embody your wild, expressive self. Expand your capacity to feel the highs and the lows – welcoming every layer of human experience, and receiving the full spectrum of what it means to be alive.
-
Reclaim.
When did you stop and ask yourself if the narratives you live by are really yours, or if they were inherited along the way? How often do you find yourself playing a role or following a social expectation that feels distant from your truth? We are constantly shaped by our environments, absorbing ideas about how we should live, behave and show up in the world. We’ll explore the origin stories of the beliefs and patterns that have shaped your life, gently unpicking them to uncover what feels resonant.
-
Rewild.
Rewilding is about reclaiming your freedom, fluidity, and reconnecting with the natural rhythms and cycles of your body and the world around you. It’s the process of returning to your innate, instinctual ways of being that modern life often suppresses or forgets. You’ll tap into a deeper, more primal experience of yourself, grounded in a declaration. As you begin to try on new ways of being, insights and inspirations will flood your soma, unlocking new levels of clarity and understanding.
Disconnection and dissociation are the body’s protective responses when life feels overwhelming — too much, too fast, or too complex to process. They are the nervous system’s quiet signal saying, “this is too much right now.” While often linked to major trauma, these states can also emerge from cumulative stress, unmet needs, or subtle emotional ruptures that slip by unnoticed. These repeated, small fractures – moments when you weren’t truly heard, held, or seen – can cause the body to adapt by stepping away. Disconnection might result from...
Shift from disconnection to deep embodiment.
Emotional flooding
Intense relational conflict, grief, or trauma that overwhelms your capacity to stay present may show up as zoning out, memory gaps, or emotional shutdown.
Psychedelic experiences
When taken without adequate support or integration, psychedelics can trigger existential confusion, a loss of inner stability, or a sense of ‘not being here’.
Life transitions
Endings, identity shifts, changes in career or relocations might trigger disorientation, detachment or the sense of watching life happen from the outside.
High-functioning burnout
Doing everything right on the outside while feeling disconnected within may show up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional numbness.
Ungrounded expansion
Jumping into ‘higher consciousness’ work without tending to the body’s capacity can leave you ungrounded, scattered, or emotionally disconnected.
Habitual coping mechanisms
Overworking, overthinking, substance use or compulsive behaviors may become automatic ways of checking out or avoiding what’s alive inside.
Digital and sensory overload
Excessive screen time, scrolling, or overstimulation can lead to scattered focus, mental fatigue, or the inability to feel grounded.
Creative disembodiment
Being so deep in making, doing or producing that you disconnect from rest and sensation can feel like numbness or running on autopilot.
Tension with the body
Chronic pain, illness, or body image distress can make it hard to feel safe in your own skin, treating the body as something to manage rather than inhabit.
I walk the talk.
I know disconnection. I know dissociation. I know coping mechanisms.
I have operated at high-functioning burnout, working in London, leading remote content teams for travel startups, earning a Master’s in social and cultural anthropology. I know disconnection and not tending to my needs, digital overload, and feeling like I’m not producing enough or operating at my capacity when I’m actually well beyond it. Alcohol was a consistent throughout my twenties, a cornerstone of British culture.
Studying anthropology, I became interested intellectually in numerous cosmologies, purity, ritual and shamanism, and jumped into higher consciousness work without the grounding. I’m familiar with altered states of consciousness – I’ve sat with plant medicines including Ayahuasca, San Pedro and psilocybin – and I’m aware of the potential for dissociation from these experiences. After spending two months in an Ayahuasca retreat center, in the Ecuadorian Andes, for my MSc research, I felt confused and overwhelmed from the journeys.
I know drastic ruptures and change: endings, identity shifts, changes in career and relocations.
By way of a relationship-end and a trip that was supposed to be three months, but lasted 11 and spanned five countries, I left England to live on a remote island in Panama. I have jumped from one relationship to the next; I used to feel like I was a failure if I wasn’t in a relationship.
At 31, I’ve been through multiple relationship ruptures and transformations through the process of pain. Today, I am no longer afraid of pain as I understand alchemy. I understand how to work with pain and it begins with staying with it intimately. Staying with yourself like your life depends on it, because it does.
Today I am location-independent, roaming the world, single, wild and free. I teach from lived experience. I lead from the heart.
My coaching toolkit

Mapping your shaping
Drawing from somatic lineage work like the Strozzi Institute, we acknowledge that our patterns are formed in context — and that healing happens not only within, but between. Together we explore the deep shaping forces that have influenced how you move through the world — from your personal history to your relationship to social structures, institutions, ancestry, land, culture, and spirit.
-
Trauma-informed modalities
This coaching weaves together somatic and cognitive practices, including parts work, stress regulation, boundary and conflict skills, and gentle nervous system attunement. It’s rooted in a trauma-informed lens, inviting both safety and agency as we work with what’s alive in your inner world. These tools support real, embodied change — not just mindset shifts.
-
The somatic cycle of change
We move through a cyclical process designed to reconnect you with your body’s knowing: Awareness, Sensing, Feeling, Expression, Articulation, Embodied Insight, and Integration. This isn’t a linear path — it’s a rhythm we return to again and again, deepening your capacity to move from insight to action, from feeling to transformation.
-
Polyvagal Theory
Drawing from the Polyvagal Theory, we identify and work within your unique hierarchy of states — understanding where you are in the nervous system landscape. Learn to harness mobilized energy (rather than be overwhelmed by it) and use it as fuel for creativity, connection, and expansion. This is the play zone: where you can move from protection into play, from coping into creating.
Get curious about your untamed power.

Somatics comes from the Greek word soma, meaning “the living body in its wholeness.” It refers to the study and practice of understanding the body as an integrated, sentient experience rather than just a physical structure. The body is viewed as more than a collection of bones, muscles and systems – we see it as a dynamic and interconnected living system that holds emotions, memories and patterns of behavior.
Somatics takes a holistic approach to personal development that integrates the mind, body, and emotions. This method goes beyond traditional talk-based coaching by encouraging embodied practices such as breathwork, mindful movement and grounding techniques. We begin from the place that the mind are interconnected, focusing on understanding how emotions and life experiences are stored and expressed in the body. This practice emphasizes the role of physical sensation and movement in shaping our thoughts, behaviors and overall well-being.The body is seen as a key resource for insight and change; it is a source of intelligence and self-awareness. By paying attention to bodily sensations, movement and posture, somatics provides insights into how we experience and interact with the world. I’ll guide you to explore bodily sensations, postures and patterns of movement to uncover unconscious habits and emotional blocks. By tuning into the physical body, you can access deeper levels of self-awareness and unlock new possibilities for growth. Somatic practices help release tension, regulate emotions, and cultivate a sense of presence and agency in your life.

Polyvagal-informed coaching focuses on helping you work with your nervous system to move out of stress-driven responses and into states of connection, calm and clarity. With training from the Polyvagal Institute, I use insights from polyvagal theory to help you understand how your body’s automatic responses shape your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Your nervous system constantly scans your environment, your body and your relationships for cues of safety or danger – without your conscious awareness. These assessments influence your physiological state, which becomes the foundation for patterns like stress, overwhelm or unhelpful habits. Polyvagal-informed coaching works with this system, helping you understand how these patterns emerge and guiding you toward healthier ways of responding.

Anthropology taught me how to ask deep, probing questions, understand the complexities of human behavior, and engage with the stories that shape us. These skills are integral to my coaching practice, where I blend the insight of anthropology with the wisdom of somatics to guide you through the transformative process of wild remembrance.
At its core, wild remembrance is about reconnecting to the untamed self – the primal, instinctual energy that is often buried beneath layers of conditioning and societal expectations. It is the practice of returning to your original, embodied truth, a truth that has always existed within you but may have been lost or forgotten in the noise of modern life.
Through somatic practices and embodied awareness, I help you shed the layers of disconnection and return to the rhythms and energies that are uniquely yours. Drawing on ethnographic methods from my anthropology training, I am committed to listening deeply and observing your nonverbal cues, not for research, but to reflect back the wisdom stored in your body. My role is to help you uncover insights and recognize patterns, guiding you toward deeper understanding and self-awareness.
Together, we will explore the ancestral knowledge that pulses through your cells and the deep intuitive knowing that’s always been there. Wild remembrance isn’t just a return to something from the past – it’s a powerful, embodied reawakening to the untamed force within you, the part of you that knows how to move, speak, create, and live in alignment with your deepest self.
By combining anthropological insight and somatic embodiment, I create a space where you can safely reclaim your voice, express your wildness, and step fully into your power. In this space, you will remember not just who you are, but who you’ve always been, and from there, create the life you were meant to live.
