By harnessing the power of somatic awareness, you’ll release pent-up emotions, mobilize energy, and come back to a grounded sense of peace that allows you to fully embody your wild, expressive self. Expand your capacity to feel the highs and the lows – welcoming every layer of human experience, and receiving the full spectrum of what it means to be alive.

    We all carry conditioned tendencies: habitual patterns and unconscious behaviors that cause us pain, inner conflict, and friction in our relationships. Ever wonder why you find yourself repeating the same old habits that sabotage your efforts, or why a small issue blows up into a bigger emotional storm? Together, we’ll create the space for you to sit with discomfort, process intense emotions, and witness them without avoidance or self-judgment. You’ll learn to stay present with whatever arises in the moment, opening up to emotions without fear or resistance.

    By shining light on these ingrained patterns, and articulating and expressing, we begin to disrupt the predictable and make room for something new. There’s a powerful alternative: we’ll help your body find safety, comfort and control so you can make empowered choices. We’ll ask: Do my actions bring me closer to connection and understanding, or do they pull me into chaos and disconnection? With somatic practices, you’ll rewire the way you respond to life, shifting from habitual reactivity to grounded presence.

    Reclaim.

    When was the last time you paused to question the beliefs you carry? When did you stop and ask yourself if the narratives you live by are really yours, or if they were inherited along the way? How often do you find yourself wearing a mask, playing a role, or following a social expectation that feels distant from your truth?

    We are constantly shaped by our environments, unconsciously absorbing ideas about how we should live, behave and show up in the world. Together, we’ll explore the origin stories of the beliefs and patterns that have shaped your life, gently unpicking them to uncover what feels authentically resonant. You’ll experiment with shedding the masks you've worn and trying on new ways of being – all from a place of deep embodiment. This is an invitation to step away from external influences and reconnect with what feels true at your core.

    You’ll learn to recognize your full body “yes” – the internal signals that guide you toward alignment – and what needs to dissolve for the new to emerge. We’ll also explore the in-between spaces and the feelings that demand your attention. As you release old patterns and stories that don’t belong to you, you’ll cultivate a heightened awareness that will shift the way you approach life. You’ll start asking, whose voice is that? and how does this align with my values? and perhaps the most important question of all: for the sake of what? This clarity will create the foundation for a more authentic, liberated way of living.

    Rewilding is about reclaiming your freedom, fluidity, and reconnecting with the natural rhythms and cycles of your body and the world around you. It’s the process of returning to your innate, embodied nature – the primal, instinctual ways of being that modern life often suppresses or forgets.

    Through this journey, you’ll tap into a deeper, more primal experience of yourself, grounded in a declaration we will craft together. As you begin to try on new ways of being, insights and inspirations will flood your body, unlocking new levels of clarity and understanding. You'll embrace the perspective that there is no failure, only feedback, using each experience as an opportunity to grow.

    Feeling safe, secure, and connected will empower you to access more of your true self. As you regain control of your physiology and build the self-efficacy to recenter yourself, you’ll find the freedom to express your most authentic self, naturally and without fear.

    Rewilding requires shedding old layers and awakening longings that have been buried deep within. These are the raw, instinctual desires that have been tamed by conditioning. You’ll learn to name, trust, and fully live out those desires, creating a life that is fully aligned with your authentic truth.

  • A one-time session for deep presence and immediate shifts in your mind-body state. A single session is a mix of somatic inquiry, breathwork and targeted embodiment practices to help you access deeper insights about your current experience. We will dive into the immediate needs of your body, mind and spirit.

  • The 5-week Reconnection Cycle is a foundational journey to shake off what no longer serves you and reorient to your body’s wisdom. In these five weeks, we’ll focus on releasing stagnant energy, clearing emotional blockages, and identifying the areas where you feel stuck and where you want to go. Using somatic practices, breathwork, and movement, we’ll help you reset your nervous system and create space for new possibilities. Each session will guide you through deep somatic coaching, where you’ll peel back layers, identify blocks, and reconnect to your body’s natural rhythms and inner knowing.

    This cycle is about laying the foundation for deeper transformation, setting the stage for the 12-week Wild Remembrance immersion, but it is not a prerequisite.

  • The 12-week journey of Wild Remembrance is designed to guide you towards reclaim your wildness and embody your truest self. Through somatic practices, emotional regulation and deep self-inquiry, we’ll reconnect you with your untamed core. This is a commitment to remembering who you are and living that truth fully. You’ll receive weekly somatic coaching focused on nervous system regulation and embodied clarity, alongside primal movement, breathwork and rituals to support deep transformation.

    Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll create a powerful declaration of who you are becoming, anchoring it in the body through intentional practices, emotional regulation and somatic rituals. Integration tools like reflective journaling, somatic writing, and personalized embodiment practices will keep you aligned with your wild, authentic self. By the end of this immersion, you’ll experience unshakable presence, deeper self-awareness, and the freedom to live fully in your body and soul.

What are the core components of my coaching approach?

  • After our 30-minute call, I’ll send you an intake form to help orient you to the coaching process. This will give us both insight into what brought you here, what you want to transform, the obstacles you’re facing, and the support systems and practices you currently have in place.

  • Our intimate, immersive 1:1 sessions will guide you through the somatic cycle of change, from awareness and feeling, to expressing and articulating, all the way to harvesting embodied insights and taking empowered action. Together, we’ll build a robust toolkit of somatic practices, guided movement, and mindfulness techniques that deepen your awareness and help you shift old patterns. Each session will blend conversation, somatic practices, and deep processing to create meaningful transformation.

  • You’ll receive a curated guide to embodied practices, reflection prompts, and exercises designed to support you in cultivating deeper awareness, presence, and connection to your body’s wisdom. These tools will help you embody a more expressive, untamed self, shedding what no longer serves you and stepping fully into your authentic power. With these practices, you’ll have a personalized roadmap for ongoing transformation, enabling you to access your inner strength and navigate the world with greater clarity and freedom.

  • I offer flexible, ongoing support to help you integrate somatic insights into your daily life, whether through voice notes on WhatsApp or email check-ins. Whether it’s through structured reflections or gentle nudges, you’ll always have a space to stay connected to your practice, ensuring your transformation remains grounded and accessible in every moment.

  • Somatic Sisterhood is a vibrant community of conscious, curious and embodied women. Within this space, you’ll be welcomed into a private network of women who have moved through the coaching process, creating a supportive environment where you can connect, share and grow alongside others on their rewilding journeys.

  • Somatics comes from the Greek word soma, meaning “the living body in its wholeness.” It refers to the study and practice of understanding the body as an integrated, sentient experience rather than just a physical structure. The body is viewed as more than a collection of bones, muscles and systems – we see it as a dynamic and interconnected living system that holds emotions, memories and patterns of behavior.

    Somatics takes a holistic approach to personal development that integrates the mind, body, and emotions. This method goes beyond traditional talk-based coaching by encouraging embodied practices such as breathwork, mindful movement and grounding techniques. We begin from the place that the mind are interconnected, focusing on understanding how emotions and life experiences are stored and expressed in the body. This practice emphasizes the role of physical sensation and movement in shaping our thoughts, behaviors and overall well-being.

    The body is seen as a key resource for insight and change; it is a source of intelligence and self-awareness. By paying attention to bodily sensations, movement and posture, somatics provides insights into how we experience and interact with the world. I’ll guide you to explore bodily sensations, postures and patterns of movement to uncover unconscious habits and emotional blocks. By tuning into the physical body, you can access deeper levels of self-awareness and unlock new possibilities for growth. Somatic practices help release tension, regulate emotions, and cultivate a sense of presence and agency in your life.

  • Polyvagal-informed coaching focuses on helping you work with your nervous system to move out of stress-driven responses and into states of connection, calm and clarity. With training from the Polyvagal Institute, I use insights from polyvagal theory to help you understand how your body’s automatic responses shape your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

    Your nervous system constantly scans your environment, your body and your relationships for cues of safety or danger – without your conscious awareness. These assessments influence your physiological state, which becomes the foundation for patterns like stress, overwhelm or unhelpful habits. Polyvagal-informed coaching works with this system, helping you understand how these patterns emerge and guiding you toward healthier ways of responding.

These skills are integral to my coaching practice, where I blend the insight of anthropology with the wisdom of somatics to guide you through the transformative process of wild remembrance.

It is the practice of returning to your original, embodied truth, a truth that has always existed within you but may have been lost or forgotten in the noise of modern life.

    Through somatic practices and embodied awareness, I help you shed the layers of disconnection and return to the rhythms and energies that are uniquely yours. Drawing on ethnographic methods from my anthropology training, I am committed to listening deeply and observing your nonverbal cues, not for research, but to reflect back the wisdom stored in your body. My role is to help you uncover insights and recognize patterns, guiding you toward deeper understanding and self-awareness.

    Together, we will explore the ancestral knowledge that pulses through your cells and the deep intuitive knowing that’s always been there.
